Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

Because we source and dispatch our premium cables directly from our global fulfillment hubs to offer you the best possible prices, shipping times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7 to 14 business days

  • International (Rest of World): 10 to 20 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs clearance, postal delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Standard delivery rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35 (or your local currency equivalent).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking link directly to your email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network. You can track your package directly through our website using your order number and email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Everlastwires is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately at wireeverlast@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include a quick photo so we can rush out a free replacement cord right away.
